Cinnamon & Turmeric Morning Drink
Ingredients (serves 1–2):

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)

½ teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon

Pinch of black pepper (enhances turmeric absorption)

Optional: ½ teaspoon honey or stevia (if needed)
Instructions:

Warm the milk gently over medium heat (don’t boil).

Whisk in cinnamon, turmeric, and black pepper until fully blended.
