🥔🍗 Potato Rolls with Chicken
🛒 Ingredients
For the potato dough:

3 large potatoes (boiled and mashed)

1 cup all-purpose flour (adjust as needed)

1 egg

2 tbsp butter (melted)

Salt to taste

½ tsp black pepper
For the chicken filling:

1 cup cooked chicken (shredded or finely chopped)

1 small onion (finely chopped)

1 clove garlic (minced)

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp dried herbs (oregano or thyme)

Salt & pepper to taste

1 tbsp oil

1️⃣ Prepare the Filling

Heat oil in a pan.

Sauté onion and garlic until soft.

Add shredded chicken, paprika, herbs, salt, and pepper.

Cook for 3–4 minutes. Let cool.
2️⃣ Make the Potato Dough

In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, egg, butter, salt, and pepper.

Gradually add flour until a soft dough forms (not too sticky).
3️⃣ Shape the Rolls

Take a small portion of dough and flatten it in your hand.

Add 1–2 tablespoons of chicken filling in the center.

Roll and seal tightly into a log or oval shape.
4️⃣ Cook (Choose One Method)
🔹 Frying:
Deep fry in medium-hot oil until golden brown (3–4 minutes).
🔹 Baking (healthier option):
Brush with oil or egg wash and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes until golden.
🔹 Air Fryer:
Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 12–15 minutes.
