4 fish fillets (about 150β180g each)

Β½ cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp salt

Β½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp paprika (optional)

2β3 tbsp olive oil or butter

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Pat the fish dry
Use paper towels to remove excess moisture (helps get a crispy crust). -
Season the flour
In a shallow bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika. -
Coat the fillets
Lightly dredge each fillet in the flour mixture. Shake off excess. -
Heat the pan
Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. -
Cook the fish
